Signing up is free for both professionals and businesses. Businesses prepay for the gigs they book, and that money is held safely and released to the professional once the shift is done.

Both businesses and individuals. Restaurants, bars, caterers and event companies can hire as a business, and anyone hosting a private function can hire as an individual.

You set your rate when you apply. There is a base pay for a five hour shift and for a full day, with no upper limit. The business prepays, and your pay is released on time after you complete the shift.

If a confirmed professional does not turn up, Odeecee reopens the gig and lines up a replacement, and the business is protected by the prepay hold. No shows also affect a professional's reliability score.

Six departments, Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Front of House, and Casual and Events, each with a full set of roles and skill tags.
